KARACHI: One Police personnel were martyred in a cross firing with criminals and police arrested two suspected in an encounter which was held in Soharab Goth area of Karachi on Monday.
As per details, police raided a house on intelligence reports that some terrorists were hiding in it when police reached the spot, the alleged terrorists opened fire in police officials in which in one official as Ijaz was martyred and they managed to escape from the crime scene.
The body of the police personnel was shifted to hospital and search operations area being conducted in the area for the arrested of the terrorists. The police officials told that terrorists were belong to banned organization Ansar-al-Sharia.
Police said that three of their companions were arrested from different parts of the city.
