Police recover 5,000 kg drugs during raid in Karachi

KARACHI: Police recovered 5,000 kilograms drugs during a raid conducted near Northern Bypass in Manghopir area of Karachi on Monday night.

As per details, police foiled a drug smuggling bid and recovered drugs are worth several millions. Police added the drugs were smuggled to Karachi in a mini truck.

The 5,000 kilogram drugs were filled in 274 cartoons which is worth more than Rs 200 million. However police were unable to arrest anyone during the raid.
