F.P. Report

JHELUM: Federal Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry on Thursday has said that the political careers of former Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif and ex-president Asif Ali Zardari have been ended.

He was addressing the inaugural ceremony of tree plantation in connection with the International Forest Day in Jhelum.

The minister said that “intelligent children have decided to launch movement to save their fathers.” He added that Nawaz Sharif and Asif Ali Zardari have not even spared trees.

Regarding tree plantation campaign, Fawad Ch said that it is continuing throughout the country in accordance with the vision of PM Imran Khan. He said the saplings will be planted on thirty-five acres land recently retrieved from land grabbers.

Responding to Samjhauta Express verdict, the minister said that acquittal of the terrorists by an Indian court is a blow in the face of justice because these terrorists’ hands were stained with the blood of forty-eight Pakistanis.
