PTI refuses amnesty scheme for non-taxpayers

HYDERABAD: Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI),  Imran Khan rejected amnesty scheme for the non-taxpayers which was announced by Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi.

PTI announced to challenge it in the court. This was informed by Imran Khan while he was talking to media on Friday in Hyderabad.

PTI chief said that the scheme has been introduced to favor only thieves and he also directed the party leaders to raise the issue at every forum and aware the public regarding the disadvantages of amnesty scheme.

He criticized the former prime minister Nawaz Sharif for staring the propaganda against government institutions. Imran claimed that people of Sindh are not going to vote in favor of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) this time.

Earlier, Imran Khan stated that tax amnesty scheme presented by Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi was an attempt to turn black money into white.
