PTI term today’s constitutional amendments unconstitutional

F.P. Report

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan has said that legislation is the right of Parliament but the government started legislation by breaking the law, on Friday.

He was talking to media outside the Parliament House accompanied with PTI leaders Omar Ayub and Asad Qaiser.

Bring the law government want to change to the notice of the members which is the constitutional procedure but the way the bills were passed is illegal, said Barrister Gohar.

Speaking on the occasion Omar Ayub said that today government passed ordinances but no one knows what the amendments are going to do.

Asad Qaiser said on the occasion that whoever wants to become an MNA should give money to the Election Commission.

This is not the elected house and ECP’s next task is to give twenty more seats to PML-N, Asad Qaiser said.

He said that ECP also wants to give seats to PML-N from Punjab but we will resist it and protest vigorously in the joint session as well.
