RAWALPINDI: Police arrested brother of renowned Pashto singer Nazia Iqbal after she registered a police case against him for allegedly raping her two minor daughters.
Nazia Iqbal registered case in Rawat Police Station against her 19-year-old brother identified as Iftikhar on Tuesday. Nazia Iqbal told police that her brother repeatedly raped her minor daughters aged 12 and 8 while she and her husband were not at home when they were away for concerts.
She added that Iftikhar continuously raped her two minor daughters and scared them to shut their mouth on the matter and adding that on Tuesday she caught her brother raping one of her daughters in her room and then registered the case.
Later police arrested the brother of Pashto singer and medical tests of the two girls have been conducted and further investigations are underway.
