TIMERGARA: Residents and local government representatives in Samar Bagh on Tuesday blocked the road leading to Binshahi against the proposed delimitation of constituencies termed the decision unnatural and unjust. Speaking on the occasion the JI activists Ahmad Shah Mishwani, Hazrat Muhammad, Maulana Gul Zamin, PTI’s Fazlullah Khiam, PPP’s Muhammad Iqbal and ANP’s Ajmal Wardak said that three union councils of Samar Bagh tehsil including Kambat, Darangal and Miskini had been included in the proposed PK 17. They said the decision would divide the residents of Samar Bagh and they would have no voice in government affairs. They demanded of the ECP to reconsider the delimitation of the previous PK 95 constituency. Otherwise; they threatened to boycott the next general election.
Also in the day the action committee of political parties in Ouch Adenzai demanded of the ECP to review the formation of proposed PK-15 and exclude the Ouch union council from it. A meeting of the action committee was held at Ouch which was attended by former minister of tate Malik Azmat Khan, Adenzai tehsil nazim Qamar Zaman, Barrister Attaullah Khan, Muhammad Sadiq Khan and others. They said that Ouch had been a central part of Adenzai tehsil but the ECP had included in now in Timergara tehsil. They demanded of the ECP to review the decision and include Ouch union council in the proposed PK-14.
