SC orders re-election in PB-50 Qila Abdullah

ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court (SC) Monday ordered re-election in Balochistan’s provincial constitutency PB 50 Qila Abdullah.

According to reports, the Election Commission annulled the re-voting order at only six polling stations.

The Supreme Court also ordered that the Election Commission should ensure transparent polling as per the constitution and law.

JUI’s Malik Nawaz and PAP’s Mirwaiz Achakzai had challenged the victory of ANP’s Zamrad Khan.
