SC will resume hearing of Imran Khan disqualification case today

ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court will resume hearing the disqualification case of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan’s disqualification today.

PML-N leader Hanif Abbasi filed a petition against Imran Khan and SC three member bench started hearing of the case. The three member bench comprising  by Chief Justice Saqib Nisar, Justice Faisal Arab and Justice Umar Ata Bandial.

The applicant seeks disqualification of Imran Khan and Jehangri Tareen for not declaring their assets and ownership of offshore companies.

The last hearing for the case was held on August 3, after which it was postponed until further notice.
