Two children drowned in Kabul River

CHARSADDA: As many as two children were drowned on Wednesday when their boat capsized in Kabul river as the 1122 Rescue Team recovered body of one child, Police said. Abdur Rehman and Zaid Khan aged four and eight respectively were on excursion trip with their parents in Sardaryab Picnic Point and were taking a ride of the boat which capsized in the midst of the river.

The 1122 rescue team rushed to the site and recovered body of one child from the river. The body of other child not yet recovered till filing of this report
