GUJRAT: As many as two persons were killed and 10 other were injured when a over speeding motor car hit pedestrians in Gujrat.
Police told that the driver lost control over the steering wheel and because of over speeding it ran over the pedestarian in Daulatpur area of Gujrat in a result two persons were killed on the spot and also injured 10 others.
Police added that one of the deceased was identified as Suleman, a resident of Fatehpur and the injured were identified as Mohsin, Naeem, Tayyab, Nauman, Ghulam Hussain, Azhar Ali, Draiz, Shoaib, Usman and Abid Aziz.
Rescue teams shifted the injured to hospital. Police sources said that the driver was drunk due to which he lost control of his car.
