Two killed in Landikotal separate incidents

LANDI KOTAL: Including father and his infant son two persons were killed and ten others sustained injuries in two separate happen of inter-groups scuffle here in Tehsil Landi Kotal. The political administration official told that in first incident took place in Prang Dara, the remote area of Landi Kotal, father and his minor son were shot and killed by their opponents. The deceased were identified as Ikram son of Zari Shah and Ihtesham son of Ikram.

A woman and small girl also got injure in the firing who were shifted to Landi Kotal hospital for medical aid. Cause behind the crime was stated be domestic one. The allegedly killer, Shakir Khan was detained by Khasadar force and put behind the bars, the official confirmed.

Similarly, in another happen, occurred in Mirdad Khel area of Tehsil Landi Kotal, eight persons including three women received wounds when brawl erupted between families over possession of peace of land. The injured were taken to nearest health center where from one person was referred to Peshawar hospital due to precarious condition, health official told. Immediately after an incident the Khasadar troops moved to the site and defused the situation. Two persons of each group were arrested and sent to lock up for investigation, the administration official told.
