Unknown gunmen attack the vehicle of CID Chief in Kabul

KABUL: The unknown gunmen attacked on the vehicle of Chief of Criminal Investigation Department (CID) in Kabul city last Wednesday night.

General Muhammad Salim Almas, chief of CID escaped the attack and fortunately he was unhurt in the incident, CID officials confirmed after the incident.

The CID officials added the gunmen opened fire on the car but no one was hurt in the attack.

While talking to media persons General Almas said that such attacks will not stop the efforts of CID to eliminate the criminals from the area and assured the masses that soon the city will be crime free

He advised the criminals to refrain from their activities otherwise strict action would be taken against them and no one will be allow to create problems to the residents of the city.
