Verna continues to rule box office in Pakistan

KARACHI: Shoaib Mansoor’s movie Verna has continued to entertain the audience as it is continue to rule the box office in Pakistan.

The Mahira Khan starrer Pakistani movie has earned more than Rs 20 million so far. The movie has also left behind Bollywood films as Ittefaq did business of Rs 2.50 crore in three weeks, Vidya Balan-starrer Tumhari Sulu earned Rs 26.30 lac and Ifran Khan’s Qarib Qarib Single also received appreciation with a business of Rs80 lac so far.

Shoaib Mansoor’s film Verna is a story of a married couple who parted their ways due to some unusual situation. Lead roles in the movie have been performed by Mahira Khan and Haroon Shahid. The film was released in cinemas across world on November 17.
