WFP Afghanistan contradicts news item

KABUL: The media and communication officer of World Food Programme (WFP) Afghanistan, Mr Wahidullah Amani has contradicted a news item which was published in The Frontier Post on February 6, 2018 with head line “Gunmen seize 5 WFP wheat trucks in Ghor.”

In the email received by The Frontier Post, Wahidullah Amani Stated that no WFP food trucks were involved in this incident and that WFP may not to be linked to this incident.
