Zero witnesses a huge drop at the box-office

Monitoring Desk

MUMBAI: Zero was one of the most awaited films of 2018 and to the audience’s disappointment; it failed to impress the masses despite the great star cast. Starring Shah Rukh Khan, Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif in a twisted love story, Zero opened with Rs. 19.35 crores on day 1 but faced backlash from the audiences and critics which lead to the film earning barely Rs. 1 crore on its day 8 in the theatres.

The film in total has made approximately Rs. 85 crores and chances are that it will go off the big screen before it touches the 100 crore mark due to the competition it faces from Ranveer Singh starrer Simmba.
