Acting Minister Azizi urges Malaysian investors to invest in Afghanistan

KABUL (BNA): Alhaj Nooruddin Azizi, the Acting Minister of Industry and Commerce, in a meeting with the representative of the Malaysian Prime Minister for Afghanistan, said, we want Malaysian investors to invest in Afghanistan.
According to a statement from this Ministry, Alhaj Nooruddin Azizi, the Acting Minister, met with Ms. Shazlina, the representative of the Malaysian Prime Minister, who has come to Kabul as part of a delegation from that country. In the meeting, the two sides discussed bilateral trade, holding a trade communication conference to strengthen trade relations between the two countries, the trade balance between Afghanistan and Malaysia, and creating a market for Afghan products such as carpets, cotton, and minerals. The Acting Minister of Industry and Commerce emphasized increasing investment from regional countries in Afghanistan and also asked Malaysian investors to invest in Afghanistan.
