KABUL (BNA) Alhaj Khalifa Sirajuddin Haqqani, the Acting Minister of Interior Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, recently held a crucial meeting with Zamir Kamelov, the Special Envoy of the President of Russia for Afghanistan.
