Atmar, US diplomat confer on Afghan peace campaign

KABUL: National Security Advisor (NSA) Mohammad Hanif Atmar and US Deputy Chief of Mission in Kabul have discussed a range of issues, including the Afghan peace process.

The NSA tweeted that Wolesi Jirga and district council elections were discussed at his meeting with Annie Pforzheimer late on Tuesday. Ms. Annie reaffirmed America’s continued support to Afghanistan.
