Eid-ul-Azha: Pakistanis spent Rs 26.5 billion

KARACHI: Pakistan Tanners Association (PTA) claimed that at least 26.5 billion were spent by Pakistani to sacrifice at around 8.1 million animals on this Eid-ul-Azha.

As per the PTA given Data, in the whole country, 0.3 million cows, 0.4 million goats, 1 million sheep and around 0.1 million camels were sacrificed on this Eid-ul-Azha.

Due to heat and improper caring at least 35% hides are expected to be damaged and Rs 2.25 billion revenue to be lost.
