Pyongyang nuclear technology much better than Pakistan’s: DR A.Q Khan

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Nuclear Scientist Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan has said that North Korea’s nuclear technology is much better than Pakistan’s technology.

This he said while giving Interview to BBC-Urdu, Dr Qadeer denied all the allegations against Pakistan for providing assistance to North Korea in getting nuclear technology.

North Korea was able to get nuclear technology on their own because of its highly qualified group of scientists and adding that he visited North Korea twice under a missile program, Qadeer added.

The founder of Pakistan Nuclear Technology, Dr Qadeer rejected the Pakistan’s assistance to North Korea and said that N Korea have qualified scientists and most of them studied in Russia and their nuclear technology is far better than Pakistan’s.

 

“Hydrogen bombs are much more powerful than atom bombs. For instance, an atom bomb may destroy the area in the radius of 1 to 2 kilometres, but a hydrogen bomb can devastate an entire city,” he said.
