Smog: One killed, over 15 injured in road accidents

LAHORE: The persistence of smog continues to create problems in parts of Punjab and in the traffic accidents one person was killed while over 15 were injured, including students.

As per details, In Hafizabad district, a speeding car plunged into a drain in a result one person was killed while another was injured.

Similarly, the school van collided with a truck on Kala Bagh Road in Mianwali due to low visibility and injured many school going children.

In another incident, a van hit a tree in Muslim Kot, Bhakkar in which three persons were injured and the same number of people was also injured when a truck hit a van in Chichawatni.

Moreover, five, including two children, were injured when two motorbikes collided in Jahanian, Khanewal.

Resident of Punjab province continues to face health and commutation problems as smog engulfs most parts of the province.
