Acting Interior Minister holds key meeting with Russian special envoy for Afghanistan

KABUL (BNA) Alhaj Khalifa Sirajuddin Haqqani, the Acting Minister of Interior Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, recently held a crucial meeting with Zamir Kamelov, the Special Envoy of the President of Russia for Afghanistan.
