Asif Zardari rejects allegations of taking NRO once again

ISLAMABAD: Co-Chairman of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Asif Ali Zardari has once again rejected an allegation of taking the NRO and said that he did not demand the NRO eight years ago why he will ask for it now.

Before attending the NA budget session, former president Asif Ali Zardari responded on queries of media person outside the parliament.

The PPP co-chairman said that Prime Minister should put forward his thinking on a charter of the economy and we will respond on it after consulting all the opposition parties answering the question of journalist that the government has decided to forward the charter of the economy what strategy will PPP to chose on it.

On another query, he said that he did not ask the NRO eight years ago how he will ask for it now. He said that “nothing happens on saying of the speaker while speaker behaves neutrally he does not represent any party.” He said.

The media person asked a question that PM says that the amnesty scheme will be good for good people while it will be bad for bad people on which Zardari said that then it will be bad for him.
