ATC grants interim bail to Haleem Adil, Sher Zaman in terrorism cases

KARACHI: An anti-terrorism court in Karachi has accepted the bail applications of PTI leader Haleem Adil Sheikh and Raja Azhar in a case pertaining to vandalism following the arrest of former premier Imran Khan on May 9 in the vicinity of Ferozabad police station.

After confirming the interim bail to Haleem Adil and Raja Azhar, the court adjourned the case till October 23.

The court also directed the accused to submit surety bonds worth Rs100,000 each.

The court also heard bail petition filed by Khurram Sher Zaman.

Mr Zaman was also granted interim bail till October 23.

Several cases pertaining to vandalism and arson attacks were registered against Haleem Adil and others.

Haleem Adil is already on judicial remand in a case lodged with Town police station.
