SRINAGAR: Kashmiris are observing a complete strike in the Shopian and Pulawama districts of Indian occupied Kashmir and protesting against the Indian forces for killing three innocent youth in the area on Wednesday.

According to Kashmir Media Service, all the markets and business centers are closed while traffic is off the road in the two districts.

Report added that Indian forces martyred two Kashmiri youth identified as Sameer Ahmad Wani and Firdous Ahmad during a siege and search operation in Shopian district.

Similarly, teenager Shakir Ahmad Mir, who belonged to Pulwama district, was martyred after a bullet hit him during protests against the Indian army operation in the area last night.

However, the occupied Indian forces claimed that the youth were mujahideen and they were killed during an encounter with troops.

Meanwhile, Hurriyet leaders said that India had no moral or constitutional right to celebrate Republic Day in Jammu and Kashmir as it had occupied the territory against the will of Kashmiri people.
