QUETTA: Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) has said that suspected facilitator of the 2016 Civil Hospital bombing was killed in an encounter which was took place on Qambrani Road on Friday.
Police said that the deceased was identified as Asfandyar and his accomplice was arrested. Police recovered arms and explosives from their possessions.
CM Nawaz Sanaullah Zehri appreciated the police operation.
At least 73 people were killed including 56 lawyers in a suicide bombing at the civil hospital on August 8, 2016.
