Gold price hikes by Rs400, reaches to Rs70,300

ISLAMABAD: According to Karachi Sarafa Association the per tola price of 24 karat has gained Rs 400 and reached historic high of Rs70, 300 per tola against the Rs69,900 while 10 gram gold was increased by Rs 343 and traded at 60,271 against 59,928 on last day.

The price of Silver remained unchanged and traded at Rs 870 per tola and that of 10 grams Silvers at Rs 745.88.

In the international market, the price of gold decreased by $03 and traded at $ 1312against $1315 of last day. The Rawalpindi-Islamabad local Sarafa market remains close on Friday as weekly holiday and the price of 24-karat gold remained unchanged at Rs 69,400 and that of 10 gram gold at Rs 59,500.

The per tola price of 22-karat gold was recorded at Rs 69,200 and that of 10 gram gold at Rs 59,330.
