Five brave soldiers, Naik Muhammad Ashfaq Butt, Lance Naik Syed Danish Afkar, Sepoy Taimoor Malik, Sepoy Nadir Sageer, and Sepoy Muhammad Yasin, embraced martyrdom during intense exchanges of fire with the terrorists.

The COAS’s visit to CMH Peshawar to check on the injured troops and his appreciation of their high morale reaffirmed the nation’s commitment to fighting terrorism with vigor and spirit. These brave men will be laid to rest with full military honors in their respective native towns, a testament to their valor and dedication.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi also expressed his condolences, highlighting the nation’s gratitude for the sacrifices made by the security forces.
