Advocate Hadi Ali Chattha represented the petitioner Jahanzaib Afridi in the Court.

A petition was filed in the Islamabad High Court about the recovery of missing Baloch student Saeed Ullah, who is a student of Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad.

The counsel of the petitioner stated that “even a pedestrian can file a petition over forced disappearance. He went on to say that objections of the Registrar’s Office are baseless.”
