MOSCOW (AFP): The Kremlin said Wednesday it did not recognise the International Criminal Court’s arrest warrants for two Russian officers over their actions in the Ukraine conflict.
“We are not participants” in the court’s founding treaty, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters. “We don’t recognise this,” he added, referring to the arrest warrants issued on Tuesday.
