No one has the right to declare someone infidel: Imam-e-Kaaba

ISLAMABAD: Imam-e-Kaaba, Sheikh Salih Bin Muhammad Ibrahim has said that no one has the authority to call for a person’s death and only a Muslim state has power to declare any individual or group Wajib-ul-Qatl.

This he said while talking to private news channel. Imam-e-Kaaba said that no one can declare anyone infidel or absconder only state can declare him with the title of Kafir and absconder.

Imaam-e-Kaaba is on a visit to Pakistan and on Wednesday while addressing to federal cabinet, he said that Muslims needs to stay united to counter the challenges and also take decisions in the better interest of the masses.

Islam is a religion of peace, forgiveness, and tolerance and that people should be given the message of Islam in a peaceful way, he added.

Dr Salih, while on a visit to Pakistan in April, said that those who falsely accuse people of blasphemy should be dealt with strictly.
