ISLAMABAD: Following the international market trend, the Pakistani market witnessed a big increase in gold rates on Monday.
The prices of 24 karats pure gold were increased by Rs800 per tola to Rs2,15,300 per tola.
The price of 10 grams of gold of 24 karats also increased by Rs685 to Rs1,84,585 per 10 grams while the 22 karats of gold traded at Rs169,203 per 10 grams.
In the international market on Monday, the price of gold increased by US$11 to US$1,931 per ounce.
The price of 24 karats pure silver also increased by Rs50 to Rs2,550 per tola and 10 grams of 24 karats silver increased by Rs42.87 to Rs2,186.21 per 10 grams.
