PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Monday approved the transit bail of PTI nominee for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chief minister’s slot Ali Amin Gandapur.
The court directed Ali Amin Gandapur to submit a surety bond of Rs100,000.
PHC Chief Justice Ibrahim Khan heart the bail plea, remarking that this is a very old case, to which Gandapur’s counsel responded “We did not about this case.”
