PESHAWAR: The two-member bench of Peshawar High Court (PHC) Justice Lal Jan and Justice Muhammad Naeem Anwar directed federal secretary National Health Coordination (NHC) to constitute medical board for terminated government employee, on Wednesday.
The writ petition was filed by Muhammad Imran seeking reinstatement on his services at National Accountability Bureau.
The counsel for petitioner informed PHC that medical board had which was constituted by Director General Health Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on the directives of honorable court.
The defense counsel argued that the petitioner was federal employees and competent forum as NHC to conduct medical examination.
The two-member of PHC comprising of Justice Lal Jan and Justice Muhammad Naeem Anwar directed Federal Secretary NHC to constituted medical board for conducting fitness examination of the petitioner.
