PTI govt to spend Rs100bn annually on development of tribal districts PM Imran

WANA: Prime Minister Imran Khan will address a public gathering during his day-long visit to South Waziristan on Wednesday (today).

According to details, all the arrangements were finalized for the gathering at Wana. Personnel of Khasadaar force, levies, scouts and military personnel have been deployed in the area to avoid any unforeseen incident.

Imran Khan is expected to announce a number of development projects for the area.

Meanwhile, tribal elders of South Waziristan have welcomed the visit of the prime minister.

They have decided to warmly receive Imran Khan in South Waziristan and attend the public meeting in a large number.

PM Khan has already visited Bajaur, Mohmand, Khyber and Orakzai districts, where he had announced several development projects for the welfare of tribal people.
