KARACHI: President of Pakistan Dr. Arif-ur-Rehman Alvi along with his spouse Samina Alvi visited the National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases, where he was welcomed by the Executive Director of NICVD, Professor Nadeem Qamar, Administrative Executive Dr. Hameedullah Malik, COO Azra Maqsood and Management Consultant Hyder Awan.
President Alvi visited various departments of NICVD included; Emergency, Echo, Cath Lab, male and female wards, where he was briefed by Prof. Nadeem Qamar regarding the free State-of-the-Art services provided by NICVD. During his visit, President of Pakistan also talked to the hospitalized patients.
President Arif Alvi, after visiting various departments, said that NICVD is providing free heart treatment to patients coming from all over the country. The services provided by NICVD are commendable.
