ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) members boycotted the National Assembly session on Tuesday, walking out in protest.
PTI lawmakers left the parliamentary session while chanting strong slogans demanding the release of PTI founder Imran Khan.
Among those who exited the session were Asad Qaiser, Barrister Gohar, and Aamir Dogar.
Speaking to the media outside Parliament, PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar stated that their parliamentary rights have been denied, which is why they have set up a parallel “People’s Assembly” to raise their voice.
