Sheikh Rasheed terms his ‘silence’ a ‘form of worship’

RAWALPINDI: Pakistan Awami Muslim League (PAML) chief and former Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed Ahmad has said that silence is best form of worship.

Sheikh Rasheed was talking to media at outside of court after appearance in the Anti-Terrorism Court Rawalpindi in May 9 riots cases on Wednesday.

Don’t be so quiet, at least say Ramadan Mubarak to your viewers, journalist’s question.

Sheikh Rasheed smiled and said, I wish all the Muslim world a blessed month of Ramadan and then he departed.

Earlier, Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed with his nephew Sheikh Rashid Shafique appeared in the Anti-Terrorism court.

After marking attendance the court allowed Sheikh Rashid and Sheikh Rashid Shafiq to leave the courtroom.
