Tickets for PSL final sold within hours

KARACHI: Cricket fans thronged to 32 express centers of TCS, the ticketing agency for PSL-18’s eliminators and final matches, and purchased all tickets within few hours here on Thursday.

Many cricket enthusiastic returned home without tickets.

“Tickets for the final match of Pakistan Super League Season 3 to be held at National Stadium Karachi will be on sale from 15th March 2018,” TCS spokesman told The Frontier Post, earlier.

Online sales for tickets on Yavvo.com will go live at midnight (12:00 am) on 15th March, and at 32 Express Centers in Karachi from 9:00 am onwards the same day, he informed.

Details of TCS Express Centers are available on the TCS website (www.tcs.com.pk).

“Due to security reasons, there is a maximum cap of five tickets per CNIC and buyers will have to be present with their original CNICs at the time of making the purchase,” Hussain added.

Hussain said that as set by the Pakistan Cricket Board, tickets will be available in denominations of Rs. 1,000, Rs. 4,000, Rs. 8,000 and Rs. 12,000.

Expressing his views, Naiyar Saifi, Director Marketing & Public Affairs said, “We are confident that we will facilitate cricket fans by offering smooth and hassle-free sale of tickets to let them enjoy thrilling moments of the PSL Final in Karachi.”

The tickets for the two eliminators are already available online on Yayvo.com and TCS Express Centers.

Meanwhile, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has said that the law and order was very much under control and “we are making foolproof arrangements for PSL-final match.”

This he said while talking to media just after undertaking a visit to the national stadium today. He was accompanied by provincial Home Minister Sohail Anwar Siyal and Local Government Minister Jam Khan Shoro.
