ZAB’s 40th death anniversary being observed today

LARKANA: The 40th death anniversary of former prime minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto is being observed on Thursday (today) and all the arrangements were finalized for the central gatherings of PPP which is held to be in Garhi Khuda Bux.

The Sindh Government has made foolproof security arrangements to facilitate the people and avoid any untoward incident.

In order to avoid any eventuality, more than 7,000 policemen have been deployed in Garhi Khuda Bux and Naudero.

Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari and other leaders will address the gathering.

On the other hand, jiyals and supporters of the PPP are reaching Garhi Khuda Bux to pay rich tribute to their beloved leader.

Welcome camps have been also installed Larkana city, Naudero and Garhi Khuda Bux.

PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari in his message on the occasion of Bhutto’s death anniversary said the role and contribution of ZAB after the founder of Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah is exemplary.

He said that despite his death 40 years ago he [Bhutto] is alive in the hearts and minds of the people.

Bilawal added Bhutto’s immense contributions towards politics, diplomatic, economic and international affairs are praiseworthy and thought-provoking.
