Zardari says credit for 18th Amendment goes to parliament

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarian’s (PPPP) Asif Ali Zardari, who is also allied parties’ candidate for the slot of president, said on Saturday that it was the parliament, which had passed the 18th Amendment, last time he was the country’s president.

Speaking to reporters in Islamabad, he said that the only thing which he did at that time was to give advice. “And the parliament did the rest,” Zardari added.
