KARACHI: Karachi police have solved the murder case of a seven-year-old boy in two days and figured out that the minor was killed by his own brother on Saturday.
According to details, the dead body of the boy – Hasaan – was found from bushes near the National Coaching Center on Thursday.
New Town Police Station’s ASI told that the authorities arrested victim’s elder brother – Muhammad Muaz – on suspicion and he confessed to his crime afterwards.
Muaz told that he was scolded by his parents and he took revenge from Hasaan by killing him. He admitted that he took his younger brother away by deception and strangled him to death by using a wire.
Police further stated that Hasaan was not raped before his murder, but Dr. Shahid Nizam verified the sexual assault in initial post-mortem report.
