A nine-year-old girl standing by the gate of a park was crying loudly to grab the attention of the people, who were walking by her or moving in vehicles, just to help her to put back her handicapped father in the wheelchair who was laying on the ground.
No one paid attention to the small girl. She was made unheard but she will do her job to save her father.
This short story fits very well into the situation of Corona pandemic.
In the story the small girl plays the role of World Health Organization (WHO), while father plays the role of lives. WHO only aims to save the lives of people.
WHO has been asking, telling and informing the world, the people and the governments that DO NOT mess with the situation erected by COVID-19.
WHO has been issuing warnings that denouncing or relaxing lockdown would further harm the humans.
Though, the governments of a number of countries listen to WHO but there are people in the world who have turned deaf on WHO and causing great threat to humanity.
WHO has been issuing various warnings on the sensitivity of situation, lockdowns, release of certificates to those who have recovered from Corona ailment, immunity and if a persons won’t get infected for the second time.
But some people; a match stick is enough to put whole jungle on fire, have been ignoring warnings and not following the guidelines of WHO due to which things went worst and the number of infected people has been increasing.
People have to stop by, to give attention to WHO, to listen to its cries and must help WHO to save humanity and precious lives.
Instead of joining the cause of WHO of saving human lives and nations, there are people and may also some organizations who have been either ignoring or working against the attention notices of WHO.
A little care to the guidelines issued by WHO will do great help to save human lives which is the only aim of WHO.
