PESHAWAR: The Accountability Court Peshawar Judge Shahid Khan has declared reference filed by National Accountability Bureau (NAB) non-maintainable against illegal recruitment in education’s department at Bannu, on Friday.
The accountability court has returned the reference to NAB that the bureau failed to produce evidence which can establish linkage that the accused had obtained financial benefit which mandatory after amendments in the NAB ordinance.
The counsel Barrister Yaseen Raza and Khaziq Ali Shah Advocate informed that Saraf Ali along with his 8 other professional colleague were nominated in reference for irregularities and corrupt practices during recruitment in education department.
The counsel argued that NAB prosecutor has failed to establish evidence of irregularities and corrupt practices before court.
