WASHINGTON: Aizaz Chaudhry, Pakistan Ambassador to the United States, has urged Pakistani business community to increase their interaction with the American and take advantage from the opportunity as there are many untouched business potential between the two countries for a economic cooperation.
The Pakistan business delegation met him in Washington in the leadership of Governor Sindh Muhammad Zubair. The delegation also held meeting with relevant organization’s and departments including US-Pakistan Business Council, US EXIM Bank, OPIC, USTDA and the US Department of Commerce.
In the Pakistani delegation senior executives from major business houses, banking institutions and state enterprises from Pakistan, are included and they are visiting different cities in the United States over the past week. The delegation held over 150 meetings with their US counterparts in New York, Boston and Chicago.
Ambassador Aizaz Chaudhry stressed on the regular exchange of business and trade delegations to strengthen the relations between the business communities of two countries and take advantage from the opportunity. Ambassador added that being a market of over 200 million people, the emerging Pakistan provides various investment and business opportunities to the US and other international investors.
