F.P. Report

ISLAMABAD: Aleema Khan, the sister of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan, has said her fight for justice will go on.

Talking to the media at the high court, she said she came to hear good news but the prosecutor started reading the ‘entire booklet, he prepared to delay the decision’.

“We came to hear good news. We went to the courtroom but to no avail. The government lawyer started reading the entire booklet,” she said.

She mentioned the judge’s question to the prosecutor, saying: “Today, Justice Amir Farooq asked a very beautiful question whether there was a fair trial.”

She added: “The prosecutor prepared a book for Justice Amir Farooq’s reply.

“I think we have heard 10 per cent of the book today. Justice Amir Farooq should have asked this question on the first day.”

However, she said she would keep on waiting for justice.

She called Rauf Hasan attack a murder attempt and cited the PTI founder as saying ‘enough is enough.’ She called upon authorities to bring to book the attackers.
