MUMBAI: Directed by Karan Johar, Student of the Year had launched three fresh faces namely Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra into the world of showbiz.
And now Dharma Productions is set to launch two more starlets in the second part of the film. Directed by Punit Malhotra, SOTY 2 stars Tiger Shroff, Ananya Pandey and Tara Sutaria. The latest reports around the film is that the cast of SOTY i.e Alia, Varun and Sidharth will also play a small part in the SOTY 2. Though Varun and Sidharth’s part hasn’t been finalized yet, Alia will be seen in a song with Tiger Shroff.
Revealing a few details about the same, a leading daily reported saying, “Farah Khan will be choreographing the song which only features Alia and the film’s team is figuring out ways to incorporate her co-stars from the first film, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra, in the sequel. Both the actors are expected to shoot their portions in the coming weeks too. Alia and Tiger’s song will be shot over one week on a grand set that is being put up at a suburban studio.”
