WASHINGTON DC: U.S. Central Command welcomes Vice Adm. Brad Cooper as its new deputy commander. “Vice Admiral Brad Cooper brings a wealth of CENTCOM experience to the position of deputy commander, most recently as the Fifth Fleet Commander and Commander of the 40 nation Combined Maritime Force, ” said General Michael Erik Kurilla, CENTCOM commander, “Brad’s leadership, experience, and spirit of innovation will serve CENTCOM incredibly well going forward.”
