Death of martyr is life of nation: IGP

ABBOTTABAD: Inspector General of Police (IGP) Dr. Muhammad Naeem Khan met with families of police martyrs at Abbottabad. He also visited dispute resolution council (DRC) and appreciated their efforts in quick justice.

According to details, District police officer (DPO) regional police officer (RPO) and other police official were present at the occasion.

IGP in address to heirs of police martyrs said that death of martyr is the life of nation. He added that police force would not leave alone families of martyrs but provide assistance to them.

IGP KP Muhammad Naeem said that he urged with Chief Minister (CM) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to allocated 200 seats for the martyr’s son. He added that very soon government will announce the seats for Martyr’s sons.

IGP also appreciated the efforts of DRC members for delivering quick justice at doorstep to poor people. He added that after 2014 number of cases increases day by day which is sign of deliverance of services to public.

Meanwhile, Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Hazara Police Muhammad Ali Babakhel sets procedure to control children abuse and rapes. He directed all District Police Officers of region to cooperate with victim families and give legal assessment to victims.

According to details, DIG Hazara region directed DPO’s to establish one landline number for reporting crimes against children under SP rank officer. He added that children who committed crimes treat with juvenile law.

DIG Hazara stated in press release that picture of missing children must display at hospitals and on media to find whether child is missing or faced incident. He directed police check workshops and other places where child labors are working.
